Our team of Building Surveyors & Architectural Designers have been involved with the regeneration of Thorp Arch Estate a former war time munitions factory since 1988. We have assisted with multiple conversions of the existing buildings and new developments on site.
Our team of Architectural Designers have designed multiple industrial premises on the 385 acre site comprising large warehouses, factories and small business units.
Our Chartered Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors have been appointed to undertake the Project Management, Employer's Agent, Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for multiple developments.
